Promising, but very expensive and too many flaws

I want to give this app a better rating. And I want to like it more, but it is too expensive and has too many flaws for a better rating. The base app is $9.99, but almost everything you want to see requires an expensive add on purchase. Really!? For $9.99 you get mostly a shell telling you what your add on options are!
So, I am already $25+ into this app and I still am asked to buy a $7.99 add on to see the earnings and dividend calendar!

The app frequently crashes on my iPad Air. Opening charts causes the chart to display 90 degrees offset from the current screen orientation. However, if I rotate my device to see the chart in the correct orientation the chart rotates another 90. So, I have to use the app in portrait mode, lock the screen rotation, select the chart, and then manually rotate my device to landscape mode to view the chart. For this I paid $25+?

The charts are beautiful and packed full of features and indicators, but try to save a chart (there is a save chart button) and you are told that feature is only available on the website! Why have a button on screen for a feature that is not provided?

The base app should be no more than $1.99 since it does almost nothing other than to provide you with a menu of add on options. There is a single every feature unlocked package for something like $45 and God only knows how much you would pay if you purchased every feature individually. I am guessing over $100. To see a heat map, for example, was an addition purchase. So, buy the high and low breakout feature (among other features) for $7.99 and you can see a list view, but to see a heat map view of the feature you just bought costs you and additional $4.99 !

Now that I think of it, maybe one star is more appropriate. Most of the features you pay for in this app (new highs and lows, volume breakouts) are available for free on many sites. However, other features are not available anywhere else as far as I know. It is valuable to have everything available in one place in one app, but the cost is simply unreasonable. And it crashes every several minutes under heavy use.

When I purchased the app I thought there would be must more included for $9.99. Now I am sorry I purchased it and a handful of add ons to get the functionality I want for a mere $25 and hoping the developers fix the features and bugs without charging me more for that too.
